This is my pizza oven. I’m wanting to know if it is safe to make a pizza in my oven tonight. I made the dome with Portland mix, glass fibers and perlite. It has been drying for 24 days. I did have a small fire going for 6 hours then made a medium to large fire about 3 hours yesterday. The fire underneath is my fire box for my smoker. It’s normally closed but I was getting the smoker ready for smoking corned beef (my favorite!). What do you all think? Am I risking cracking my dome? Thank you!
