To those who are mindful about time management, how do you carefully manage your time? For me, I set an alarm clock with the snooze timer set at 10 minutes. I start on a task and every 10 minutes I press the snooze and continue doing the task at hand while seeing how much I can get done during the allocated 10 minutes. If I idle or waste time, the timer goes off and I realize I wasted 10 minutes procrastinating. Helps me become more mindful of time. What are your techniques being frugal with time?
