Like the title said, I'm a 24 guy, live at home, dropped out of college, and work at Toys R US making barely above minimum wage. I have a decent amount of music skill and computer graphics skill (video editing, graphic/web design etc.), but it's nothing too great. I have been self educating myself a lot, mainly in visual art, but improvement is slow.

Should I go back to college and at least get an associate's? I could probably go to community college for graphic design. I also have a possibility of moving up at Toys R US, as I've already talked about it with my superiors and said it could take around a year. I could start making $11-13 an hour instead of around $9, and possibly keep moving up to there, and maybe to corporate, as I live near their HQ. That plan might not go through completely, considering the recent chapter 11 filing by Toys R Us.

Basically, I'm asking this: should I go back to college for graphic design/art, or should I just stay working at Toys R US, try to keep moving up and get raises, all the while teaching myself graphic design etc. to try and go for higher paying jobs?
