Which Whirlpool or Maytag H-E front-load washers have water pressure sensors that can be modified to increase water level?
There are videos of people tightening/loosening a screw on their water pressure sensor to increase water level on other models or brands. I don't know if newer models make this difficult (e.g. if they don't have this screw). Most if not all washers sold at Home Depot are H-E washers. I want a front-load washer that can steam clothes and has a fan for drying the drum. The cheapest ones from Home Depot that do that are Maytag's MHW5500FW white (gray variant is MHW5500FC but more expensive) and Whirlpool's WFW92HEFW white (other colors are WFW92HEFBD, WFW92HEFC, and WFW92HEFU but more expensive).
Can any of these be modified?
Without modification, which one has any setting (e.g. bulky items, delicates, etc.) that automatically brings the water level up to/near the bottom edge of the door?
Without modification, which one allows the door to be opened to add buckets of water up to the door's bottom edge without triggering a water overload/automatic draining?
