Post-divorce, I am receiving approximately $650,000 in real estate that I intend to liquidate and move my post-tax assets into a more diverse investment schema.

Upon selling this real estate, is there a vehicle similar to an IRA that I can put the entire lump sum value of the sale into and not be taxed in a few years when I get ready to retire and start making withdrawals? I understand that the current value of the r/e portfolio is well above the IRA maximum contribution limit and am seeking a way to invest my money without tax on it in the future.

Thank you for your help, in advance. I can provide more information if necessary.
