I'm trying to connect a z-wave light switch with a smart bulb (lifx). I'd like the switch to never be powered off. Is it safe for me to connect the line and load wires together so that even if the light switch is switched "off", it doesn't actually turn the light switch "off"?Some more details:Normally, when you turn a light switch "off", it cuts power to the bulb. Well with a smart bulb, when you cut power to the bulb, that bulb is no longer available to the app that controls it. What I would like is, when turn a smart switch off, i don't want it to cut power. I want it to send a message to my smart hub to turn off the lights from the app. The messaging part I can handle. What I need to know is, is it safe for me to connect the line and load lines together so that the switch always has power, even when it is switched off? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2yyAMPp
