Ok im going to skip the story and go straight to the details. Its me, my husband, my mom and our two small children (3,5). We all are moving in together and have roughly $30,000 total as down payment for something. Both my mom and husband make $16 an hour (I cant work for the time being) . So they can easily afford a monthly mortgage of $900, but due to loans and etc it can't be anything more than that. I'm sorry if i sound stupid its just we all have rented and never bought property before. And while theyre at work they left me in charge of finding places and i dont want to mess this up.
