This might sound like a silly question but I'm mainly wondering if all index funds are low fee or only certain ones. I don't want to sound like an idiot on the phone with my FA telling him I want "low fee index funds" when just "index funds" would suffice.
I'm going with the advice I've seen here and countless other places and putting the majority of my investments in index funds. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for certain funds or any general advice on how to go about this.
