I have a HP 15-ba043wm and the fan won't turn so I'm trying to remove the back panel to get to the keyboard/fan to see if it's dust or something blocking the fan. The problem is there is one screw at the left of the front of the bottom of the laptop that wont come out the socket. All the rest of the screws come out fine I'm using a magnetic screwdriver so all of them just stick to the screwdriver and come right out except this one.
