Greetings, I recently got a job offer for a job I really like. The interview went smooth, I met all the needed requirements, and all my references checked out. The original listing for the position stated that I would make within in the range of of $X-Y for a certain level of experience. When I got the phone call stating that I got the job, the interviewer mentioned that due to my lack of a bachelors degree (this was never mentioned anytime during the interview or in the listing ) I would make significantly less than the posted amount.
What should I do?
