My credit score went down, when I checked, there is an opened Citicards account that I did not open. I called Citibank and they do not have any accounts opened with my social security number.

I checked my credit score and it had gone down. When I looked at why, there is a Citicards account that was opened up in August that I did not open. The note for the account says "Affected by natural disaster." Then $918 of the $1000 limit was used.

So I called Citibank credit card department and they couldn't find any accounts opened under my name and social security number. So I'm not sure where to go now. Does this mean my identity is stolen?
