I’m putting led strips all along the perimeter of my dorm. I think each one of these 300 RGB led strips is pulling about 3 amps (12v) but it’s hard to tell because it changes with color and brightness, and the QC on these things are sub par at best. I plan to have about 9 or 10 of these wired together to a 30amp power supply. My question is, will pulling so much power through these strips damage them? The first one is going to have the full 30amps flowing through it so it can power the other lights, will that be an issue? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2kTCzfz
