I live in a ground floor apartment in the city.Sometimes the water in the sink/toilet drains slowly. If he shower is draining slow it's usually due to hair, which is fixed with drain unblocker.The toilet ... didn't work like it should ... the other day, so the landlord got a plumber in but by the time he got here the problem had ... subsided ... and he couldn't find anything wrong.But the problem remains. There's no visible blockages. There's no manhole outside belonging to the apartment block. I've been chucking drain unblocker down all the drains like there's no tomorrow, but now, under the sink, it smells like something died.I did a thorough check; there's nothing dead down there.I don't know where the smell is originating from.
