I currently pay $749/month in rent. I have the chance to move in with my sister at $200/month, and she wouldn't even make me pay rent until January. This would be a HUGE reduction in costs for me, but I've been trying to find someone to take over the lease and it's been super difficult.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice. I'm at the point where I'm offering to pay 50% of someone's rent if they sign my lease before the end of October. I'm also thinking of doing marketing, because I'd rather spend a little money and save $700 than spend $1500 on rent for the next two months. I say two months because I'm fairly confident I can find someone when the new semester rolls around, but I'd prefer to find someone before hand.
