I am looking for a good book that gives a general overview of the stock market, stocks, derivatives (specifically options) and maybe the bond market. I have read books like a random Walk Down Wall Street and other similar titles, and they do give a general overview however they are pretty beginner and don’t give a lot of good information. I want to expand my foundation knowledge of the market as a whole with a good book or two, so that I can then do more research on specific areas. Essentially, I would love a book that covers everything to do with the stock market (obviously that’s a ton but you know generally what I mean) that is advanced and covers slightly more complex things. I understand everything on the basic level and I completely grasp concepts and such, but I come across terminology that I have to look up, and some of the more specific posts on this sub are lost to me. I did try looking in the sidebar, but most of the advanced books there are on specific areas/ things. Thank you for suggestions!

TL;DR: I want suggestions for a more advanced level/ complex book that gives an encompassing explanation/overview of the stock market- not one that is specific to a certain area (i.e. only about fundamental analysis).
