Hey what are you thought process in evaluating the management of the company? Warren buffet says to have meeting with the managers and top leaders of the company but for us retail investors it's very difficult next to impossible. I use ratios debt ratio, inventory clearing ratios and other ratios which everyone is aware of.
Is there a book that teaches management analysis in context of small and mid cap companies. Many suggest looking at interviews but you won't find interviews relating to these managers. All we have access is of annual report. What else can we use?
