Built the mask in 2 days thanks to a pattern from Lost Wax.
$1 for the craft foam (3 large sheets)
$6 for the pattern
$3 for the paint.
I already had hot and super glue, googly eyes (for the rivets, but punched out foam works too), and plastidip. But even buying those things makes something high quality looking for cheap. Puts you in the $15 bracket to add those things. Black clothes and a cheap Halloween cape made from a bedsheet and it's done.
