Blundstone down coat?

I live in an area with very light winters (not US), but I'm sensitive to the cold. People don't really wear down coats here, but I'm freezing. The Blundstone down coat is fairly cheap, 85 USD. Is anyone familiar with it? Will it last me a good while?
