I've always seen how whole chicken is cheaper -- both on this sub and on other frugal living blogs
But is it really if you aren't going to eat the chicken fat? It just seems like a lot of extra fat that is, of course, delicious. But for someone following a low fat diet, seems like chicken breasts are better
But I could be wrong -- Does anyone know which yields more protein for cheaper, chicken breast or whole chicken?
