Hey my Spectrum Internet promotion is ending. I currently pay 35 dollars a month (had to buy my own router, plus 40$ install fee). They are bumping my bill to 45$ a month.
I used the chat to ask the employee if I can cancel my subscription and sign my mother up for the promotion. But they said that you need to wait 30 days before opening another account at the same address.
Are they lying to me?
I'm trying to save some money and don't want to pay an extra 120$ a year.
