By this I mean not SPY, VTI, etc but other funds that people might not have heard about that have some appeal to investors. I read about many of these in this sub, but I thought lets have a discussion on them where the information is more concentrated.
I'd prefer if people told us why they like said fund instead of just creating a lists.
VCR- this is Vanguard's consumer discretionary spending fund. As usual with Vanguard it has a very low ER, here are its holdings, quite diverse and I've had it on my watch list for a while.
PBJ- Powershares food, beverage and restaurant. It's top 10 holdings are towards the bottom of the page here, ER of 0.58% makes it a bit harder to swallow but these specialty ETFs usually start to creep up there. From their top 30 holdings list I personally like what I am seeing.
ITA- one I learned about from this sub and I've had on my watch list. I personally think it is maybe too late to get into the defense sector, but YMMV I'm interested to hear from others. Details here.
