What type of ear plugs should I get if I want to eliminate all sound? I live in a noisy environment and would like to not be distracted by the sounds. How effective ate NRR33s? Are there alternatives which are better? Are there headsets/plugs higher than NRR33s? Is there something that will make me as deaf to sounds as possible?
