In this bedding discussion:
it says that for sheets, cotton and linen are cooler than synthetic fabrics such as polyester. Is this really true? All athletic clothing is made from polyester and/or spandex, and I thought the reason was because it dries so much faster than cotton. Are sheets somehow different?
