My grandmother has recently passed, a few years after my grandfather. My grandfather was great with money, my grandmother not so much. My inheritance is in the form of stocks, and while I have knowledge of budgeting and 401k, I know very little of trading.
What steps should I take? I think I should meet with a wealth manager with Schwabs, whom the account is with, and speak with him about reallocating where those funds remain. Is this a smart first step?
