Whatever anyone tells you, a job is not equvilant to money. We are commonly told that jobs, no matter how difficult, ridiculous, and demanding, should be dealt with no questions asked because it gets us money.
Well I (sort of)* say no
Jobs usually take up a large majority of ones life. If you aren't happy with your job, the hours you work, and the pay you have, then you should not sit on the sidelines to the whim of fate. Talk to your boss about different hours, put out applications to other businesses you'd find better suiting, increase your education/training level so that you may move up the hierarchy of business.
A stressful and non-fufilling job can lead to depression and overall unhappiness with life. Like I said, most people dedicate a lot of time to their job, so job satisfaction is a huge part in long-term happiness. The daily in and out of any job can get tiresome and frustrating if it feels like a burden rather than a fitted occupancy.
If available, don't simply deal with it.
(The sort of part)* I understand some people have to deal with any job because of circumstance. If possible though, don't simply deal with it. Show character and resolution in what you aim to get from your job.
There are grey areas in it all, but be the one to paint the lines.
P.s. I'm not sure which sub this needed to be in, so I put it here. Hopefully this will help someone :)
