I drilled a 3/8" hole about 2.5' above the floor in drywall to install some anchors. There's metal and insulation behind there. I'm in an apt (no landlord issue), top floor. Its a shared common wall with another apt. They have a mirrored layout - our kitchen sinks are about 8-9 feet away. It looks like I scraped off whatever the black stuff was around the metal and left a nick in the center - see pictures.
