Have $2,500 to invest left in my annual limit. Looking to throw it into REIT shares, and set the dividends to be invested into my other mutual funds.

I feel as though Datacenter REITs are a good investment because moore's law is hitting its limits, but with the rise in internet of things and web applications, the need for datacenters is increasing. In the past, the growth of computing needs has been offset by the shrinking of computing equipment. However, with moore's law hitting a brick wall, I think the need for datacenter space will increase.

For this reason, I want a REIT specific to datacenters. I don't want REITs for other types, because I feel as if offices will lose value due to work going remote, retail real estate will lose value due to online commerce, and residential REITs are at risk because of the housing bubble.
