I want to open a new TD ameritrade account, and transfer funds from my old one to my new one. The first one was shared with my brother, and the new one is going to be solely mine. It is doing doing business/investing under an LLC. *edit: would i be able to transfer funds from one TD ameritrade LLC account to another? What are the penalties?
