Hi Reddit!
My husband and I are moving tomorrow into our very first townhouse. We've been living in a historic 1930 apartment for a few years.
One of the upgrades were excited about but arguing about is air conditioning. We live in Minnesota so hopefully we won't have to use it at all for a few months but what temperature should we be setting the thermostat to? I'd like to keep things frugal but more comfortable than living with a window unit and radiators.
He prefers things cold (65 or colder) and I'm more moderate (70ish). I don't want to surprised by a massive bill though!
