Hello, First a bit of context, I'm a 23 year old, living in Europe, I have been working with a decent paycheck for 6 months and now I have a pretty solid amount of money saved for emergency or unexpected expenses, that will allow me to live for a few months without any income at all. So now I want to start investing part of my salary, with this job I'm able to save around 700€/month after paying all the bills/expenses so my idea would be either investing small amounts of money weekly or a little more monthly.

I have researched a bit about savings accounts but in my country that's not an option, the interest is less that 0.5% at most.
-
I have successfully investing in crypto-currency but that market is way volatile for what I want.
I think the best option would be investing in ETF index fund or mutual funds but I don't know if fees will eat my earnings.
So I'm asking for advice, should I keep researchng about ETF or just stop and try to find other things to invest my money in.
P.S: I'm saving 700€/mo but I don't want to invest all of that, I think I'm willing to invest about 400-500€/mo).
