So recently I quit my job to work a new gig. Was expecting to get a paycheck from them this morning. Instead I received an email saying how I won't be getting a paycheck for fees I owe them. While working there they offered a way to buy an extra week of PTO by having a small amount taken out of my weekly check until the end of the year. They are charging me for the days I used but haven't pay yet. That kind of makes sense to me. But the remaining amount they owe me they are also keeping to pay insurance deductions through September 8th. Is this company allowed to charge me for insurance still even though I don't work there?
