Hey guys, some advice would be much appreciated.
My parents have a house in KY (we live in IL) purchased several several years ago by way of cash (~50k), so the property is 100% ours. This property has since gone vacant. It is in need of a new roof, is vandalized, and needs several other repairs I'm sure. Neither myself nor my parents have the money to afford the necessary repairs that would make the house safe to live in / sellable. My parents have essentially written it off as a lost cause, but I'm trying to change that. Even half of the original 50k is better than nothing.
Any advice on how I can possibly market or sell this thing?
