We have contacted the property manager multiple times about this and he says each time that he will "look into it" and then we never hear anything more from him. A few days ago I sent him an email stating we expected to be refunded the entire deposit back by no later than 10 days from that email, and linked to the appropriate legal code about how a security deposit must be refunded within 45 days of vacating the unit.
If we don't receive the deposit this time, what are my next options?
