Lots of mattress companies have been offering some sort of "if you don't love it, return it" program lately. They claim to donate them somewhere, but there's got to be an upper limit to the number of mattresses needed by charities: especially anything larger than a twin.
I am in need of a mattress. I currently have nothing, (sleeping on the floor,) and also have next to no money to purchase a new one. While I'm not typically afraid of used goods, bedbugs can be a problem around here so I am wary of used mattresses and couches from sources I'm not familiar with. I figure that a good medium route between brand new and regularly used would be a lightly-used mattress, and these return programs immediately sprung to mind.
Does anyone know of a company that offers their returned mattresses for sale? I can do my own delivery, (especially if it's a foam one,) and I'm not picky about style. Anything is better than the floor!
