I keep hearing that the stock market is overvalued. And how the tech sector stocks constitute a huge % of the S&P 500. Besides that, I also keep hearing that (among other reasons) the main reason for overvaluation of stocks is that investors can't find other, better places to invest their money. Given all this and the speculation of a recession coming soon in the next few months, would the smartest thing to do is be as liquid as possible outside regular investments? And then plan to invest sometime later ---say when the correction happens --- early to mid-next year?
