This is the back wall in my garage. The wall is up against a hill and was leaking water after heavy rains. Looks like a previous owner tried to seal it up from the inside, but this never fully held and still leaked some water. We recently had that hill excavated and the wall fixed up and sealed from the outside and it's holding well. I'd like to clean up the inside now. Scrape that sealant gunk off, clean up the concrete, and reseal. How would you suggest going about it? What tools, sealant, cleaning chemical? And what to do about the concrete wall (below the brick), paint it? Photos via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2xr7nqc
