I've finally cut down to 10% body fat and I am ready to bulk, however, it comes at a price and I want to minimize that. I wanted to make homemade protein bars so I do not splurge and buy some during the day. How would I go about doing so? I do not want any nuts or peanut butter, but every recipe uses peanut butter as a base, is there another base I could use? I wanted oats, vanilla whey protein, and vanilla extract to bring out a vanilla flavor, but I don't know what to use as a base.
