I was in Ohio yesterday and got an e-zpass (I didn't register yet) Today I notined that they have a month fee 75¢ per month (waived for those who use their E-ZPass for 30 or more trips in a month on the Ohio Turnpike) - which I dont want to pay since I live in PA. I see that PA charges 3$ per year (35% discount off cash rate to all E-Z Pass transponders.) But Ohio doesn't But I see that New Hampshire doesn't have any fees. "New Hampshire: $30 prepaid tolls (up to two tags), $8.90 per tag. No monthly or annual fee." So 2 qustions. 1) Is it ok to register in New Hapshine ? 2) If I do register New hapshine is rate is the same as cash in pa turn pike? Why do they make it so complex?
