With the rising geopolitical risk around North Korea and an overvalued market, it is a reasonable assumption to think that the market could see some turmoil in the coming months.
Historically, investors love to flee to gold in times such as these as a safe-haven investment, away from the influence of systematic risk.
However, has anyone considered cryptos as means to diversify in the coming months? I figure that the influences on cryptocurrency pricing is pretty largely removed from that of the general securities market. I've been long on Bitcoin & Litecoin for a while down but thinking about adding to my position.
Just a general discussion thread. Post your thoughts and DD.
