We live in a basement suite and the upstairs suite is not being used currently. Our starting off rate was supposed to be $750 utilities included, but since the owners left the upstairs in April, we've had to compensate for their absense - hard. Since May, we've been paying on average $1250 per month since our utilities have been SO high. This month is just as bad.
Energy - $83.26 Water - $245.00 Gas - $63.69 Internet - $51 Total - $443.64
Water is my main one, what the flying fuck is going on?! If necessary I will post the mathematics to this as well. I currently live in Alberta, Canada and I've never experienced this before. Someone help please.
