The area under my back door threshold is in need of repair. I had the back door replaced several years ago by someone. I am not sure what he used, but I was thinking it might of been some type of tube concrete mix (used with a caulking gun). See photoshttp://imgur.com/a/q1ZTWHow should I go about fixing this? I was planning to replace the insulation tubing stuff or use something similar to insulate and also any putty/ concrete I use, I would angle it away from the door.
