Budget - $250
Needs to be able to be collapsed and stored in a pretty tight space (basement crawlspace is all I have access to, otherwise it gets stolen from the yard) and brought back out pretty easily. I intend to use it with a little 4lb or so propane can while camping and a bigger 20lb at home so a connector for the 1lb is not strictly necessary.
Stow in the trunk of a small (old Saturn) sedan with room to spare (for camping)
Runs on propane (we grill too much to bother waiting on charcoal, also it gets really expensive).
Prefer to have long collapsible legs with the option to grill on a table (many campgrounds don't like grills on tables).
Must have both a grilling surface and a burner for pots/pans/etc. They can be dedicated or swap in/out.
Current options: 1. Blackstone Grills Tailgater. I know literally nothing about this grill, but it looks about like what I'm looking for. Any input? $180.

Coleman Roadtrip LXE. I know it's partially cheap plastic, but the wheels can be swapped out if I need to. A friend used one at a bbq and I thought it was pretty nice. Not quite BIFL out of the box. With the griddle and burner attachments: $170 total.

Simple tabletop unit (input on what's a good one is appreciated) and bolt it to a sturdy collapsible stand of some kind. No real plans on how to do that yet but I'm pretty handy.
One last note: No Weber. I've seen far to many of their charcoal grills dissolve into a pile of rust because someone sneezed nearby and the moisture got close. Usually, the attachment points for the legs would rust first, spilling the hot food and coals all over the cook.
