Hi everyone,

Wondering if you might be able to help me with choosing investment options on my 401K. I tried doing some research myself and reading the "401k_funds" guide first, but I got totally lost with the investment lingo.

It is a TIAA-CREF 401K is offered through my state university employer (see imgur link for fund options). I am 25yo and will be making $45,000 during the span I will be with this employer. I will only be with them for 1 year plus a day (its a temp position).

The fund options link: http://ift.tt/2tpIDw4

My contribution will be 3.5%, which was determined by my employer's salary/contribution scale. My employer will contribute 8% of my gross salary. The vesting period is 366 days. My contract is exactly 366 days so I will get their 8% contribution, but only on my last day with them.

I am so confused by all of the options they are providing - any help would be greatly appreciated! Don't know if this matters, but I would like to be aggressive since I am young. And if there is additional info that would be helpful, please let me know

Thank you!
