BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: have a lucky plastic green Army guy toy that I carry almost everywhere, need it to be more durable while preferably keeping the shape.I'm looking for some ideas on how to increase the longevity and durability of a miniature (about 2in tall) standard green Army Man toy. I've talked to a few friends and received vague solutions like encasing it in a type of clear epoxy, but I figured the minds on this subreddit could help me out a little more. The thing was my dad's when he was a kid, and when I was little he used to hide it in little places around my room. When I left home, I brought it with me on a whim and found it to be somewhat of a good luck charm and a small reminder of home. I carry it with me almost everywhere now, and I've started to notice a little wear on it. I'm hoping to get ahead of its inevitable demise. Can anyone help with an idea/a process or both?
