There's a 2006 Hyundai Azera sitting in the lot of my apartment. It's been there for 2 years. The sticker hasn't been renewed for 2.5 years. Property manager said it's been legally abandoned for months now. Is it a good idea to claim it? It has flat tires, and there might be some rust. Batteries are most likely dead. Other than this, the outside of the car looks like it's in good shape.
