Chase Banking is down (as of July 3rd, 2017). People are even having trouble paying bills and can't seem to access basic checking / savings account info (like balances). This, according to their twitter account.

edit (16:58 ET/NY): The mobile app is displaying balances again. Still cannot pay bills or do much of anything else. Balances are correct (took a screen shot, just in case it goes down again).
edit: (17:30 ET/NY): redditors in the midwest are reporting the site is still down. just got in touch with a friend in Colorado and the mobile app is a no-go for them, too. He can see their balances on the web site but cannot access any bill pay functions. Also, the site has a notice that all balances are as of the "! Previous Day".

edit: (17:59 ET/NY): There are reports via twitter that people are indeed able to pull money out via ATM machines. Standard ATM limits would likely apply.
