Maybe people already know this and I'm behind the curve. Or maybe everyone has eye insurance that pays 100% of it all.
Anyways - every time I change my prescription, I was told to pick out a new set of frames. ($60-$200) Apparently, you can tell them that you want to use your old frames, and they can (should) do that. It cost me like $10 to relens my old glasses.
Helpful for those who have been collecting glasses frames for years.
