I am signing a lease for an apartment for 1 year, and might be purchasing a house the following year around this time again. I have about 50k that I don't want to invest in the stock market, and it isn't helping my savings.
What is the highest yield lowest risk for an investment of roughly 25k? CD 1-year at 1.5%? Bonds? Etc?
