Just got a job offer from a professional sports team's service team. Basically running the functioning of the suites and higher clientele from a management role. On non-game days there are also events/musical acts that I would be supervising for. Of course, pay being such a sticky topic I didn't ask during the interview as to not look tacky. Upon reviewing more paperwork and 2 phone calls I haven't been given any more info. I've been invited to officially join (post-drug test, assessment, etc) and my next meeting is my "first day". I've been told we will discuss pay then. I'm so nervous that I'm going to dive in to this amazing opportunity and have no clue what I'm making. Obviously I will find out, but I don't want to get in too deep and then find out it isn't going to be comparable to what I expected.

Any tips about how to approach this? Any tips for possibly negotiating once I do find out?

Will update after meeting
