I have multiple $5 eBay gift cards. Is there any way to convert these to cash? (Some stores allow you to convert gift cards <$10 to cash, but I'm unsure if eBay allows this and how to do so) Or better yet, are there any deals in which I can purchase Amazon gift cards for a lower cost or something (like a $20 Amazon gift card for $15)? Sometimes I'll see these sorts of deals on Slickdeals but it's been awhile .... Appreciate the help!
